The Owner holds in the highest regard the right to privacy and protection of personal data of its Users. For any information in relation to this privacy policy, Users may contact the Holder at any time, using the methods described in Section 8 below.

ENO CACCIA – Cooperativa Sociale Società Agricola ONLUS with registered office in Località Caccia, 1 25010 Pozzolengo (BS), Italy, VAT number 03065590980, dpo@almavite.it (hereinafter, “Holder“), owner of the website https://almavite.it/ (hereinafter, the “Website“), as the personal data controller of users browsing and subscribing to the Site (hereinafter, the “Users“) provides below the privacy policy in accordance with Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, “Regulations” o “Applicable Regulations“).

The Owner holds in the highest regard the right to privacy and protection of personal data of its Users. For any information in relation to this privacy policy, Users may contact the Holder at any time, using the methods described in Section 8 below.

1. Purpose of processing.

Users’ personal data will be lawfully processed by the Controller in accordance with Art. 6 of the Regulations for the following processing purposes:

a) site navigation, in relation to the possibility of detecting technically necessary User data, such as IP address, while browsing the site.

b) legal obligations, i.e., to fulfill obligations required by law, authority, regulation or European legislation.

c) response to your inquiries, received by us through the appropriate contact form.

d) online purchases; data necessary for the finalization of purchases from the eCommerce portal.

The provision of personal data for the above processing purposes is optional but necessary, as failure to provide such data will result in the User being unable to browse the Site, register on the Site and take advantage of the services offered by the Owner on the Site.

1. Purpose of processing.

Users’ personal data will be lawfully processed by the Controller in accordance with Art. 6 of the Regulations for the following processing purposes:

a) site navigation, in relation to the possibility of detecting technically necessary User data, such as IP address, while browsing the site.

b) legal obligations, i.e., to fulfill obligations required by law, authority, regulation or European legislation.

c) response to your inquiries, received by us through the appropriate contact form.

d) online purchases; data necessary for the finalization of purchases from the eCommerce portal.

The provision of personal data for the above processing purposes is optional but necessary, as failure to provide such data will result in the User being unable to browse the Site, register on the Site and take advantage of the services offered by the Owner on the Site.

2. Marketing

With the free and optional consent of the User, some of the User’s personal data (i.e. first name last name, email address, complete shipping address, etc.) may also be processed by ENO CACCIA – Cooperativa Sociale Società Agricola ONLUS for marketing purposes (sending informative and/or promotional material about the products or services provided by the undersigned company, including free gifts and samples; carrying out market research aimed, for example, at the analysis of consumption habits and choices and commercial communication, as well as assessing the degree of satisfaction with the products and services offered).

In case of consent, the User may revoke it at any time by making a request to the Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 8 below. The User may also easily object to further sending of promotional communications and newsletters via email by also clicking on the appropriate consent revocation link that is present in each promotional email and newsletter. Once consent has been revoked, the Owner will send the User an e-mail message confirming that consent has been revoked. If the User wishes to revoke his or her consent to the sending of promotional communications via telephone, while still continuing to receive promotional communications via email, or vice versa, please send a request to the Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 8 below.

The Holder informs that, following the exercise of the right to object to the sending of promotional communications and newsletters via email, it is possible that, for technical and operational reasons (e.g., formation of contact lists already completed shortly before the Holder’s receipt of the request for objection) the User will continue to receive some additional promotional and newsletter messages. Should the User continue to receive promotional and newsletter messages after 7 days have elapsed since the exercise of the right to object, please report the problem to the Data Controller, using the contact details given in paragraph 8 below.

With the free and optional consent of the User the User’s personal data (i.e. personal and contact data, that information related to the services towards which the same has expressed interest) may be processed by ENO CACCIA – Cooperativa Sociale Società Agricola ONLUS. also for profiling purposes, i.e. to reconstruct the User’s tastes and consumption habits, based on the purchasing choices and information optionally provided during registration to the eCommerce website. In case of consent, the User may revoke it at any time by making a request to the Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 8 below.

3. Profiling

With the free and optional consent of the User the User’s personal data (i.e. personal and contact data, that information related to the services towards which the same has expressed interest) may be processed by ENO CACCIA – Cooperativa Sociale Società Agricola ONLUS. also for profiling purposes, i.e. to reconstruct the User’s tastes and consumption habits, based on the purchasing choices and information optionally provided during registration to the eCommerce website. In case of consent, the User may revoke it at any time by making a request to the Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 8 below.

4. Communication of data to the Partners of ENO CACCIA – Cooperativa Sociale Società Agricola ONLUS.

With the free and optional consent of the User, the User’s personal data (i.e. first name, last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) will be communicated to partner companies of ENO CACCIA – Cooperativa Sociale Società Agricola ONLUS, belonging to the following product categories: large-scale retail trade, clothing, publishing, electronics and information technology, finance and insurance, tourism and accommodation, grocery, couponing, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, giftware, NGOs and Foundations companies, event organization, training agencies.

The Owner’s Partners, as autonomous data controllers, will process the User’s personal data for their own marketing purposes (direct sales, sending of advertising material and commercial communication), and may contact the User by mail, e-mail, telephone (fixed and/or mobile, with automated call or call communication systems with and/or without the intervention of an operator) and/or SMS and/or MMS to propose to the User the purchase of products and/or services offered by the same categories of third party companies and/or other companies and present the User with offers, promotions and commercial opportunities. Once the assignment has taken place, it will be the responsibility of the Holder’s Partner to provide Users pursuant to Art. 14 c. 3 of the Regulations, all the information stipulated in the same Article 14 of the Regulations. If consent is not given, the ability to subscribe to the Site will not be affected in any way.

In case of consent, the User may revoke it at any time by making a request to the Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 8 below. The Owner informs that the User’s personal data will be processed by the Owner’s Partners as autonomous data controllers, based on the specific information that will be issued by the Owner’s Partners to the Users. Any requests not to receive further commercial communications from the Controller’s Partners, to whom the data have already been disclosed by the Controller, should therefore be addressed directly to them.

5. Method of processing, obligatory provision of data, and data retention times

The Data Controller will process Users’ personal data using manual and computerized tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. Personal data of Users of the Site will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the primary purposes outlined in paragraph 1 above, or otherwise as necessary for the protection in civil law of the interests of both Users and the Data Controller. The payment information entered to complete online purchases is handled by a certified service provider for conducting transactions, and ENO CACCIA – Cooperativa Sociale Società Agricola ONLUS does not manage, store or process in any way information such as credit card numbers or credentials of online payment systems.

For the purposes mentioned in letters “c” and “d”, the provision of data is optional and any refusal to provide them and to give the relevant consent will make it impossible for the undersigned company to follow up on the direct marketing and profiling or online purchasing activities indicated therein. In the cases referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, Users’ personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes illustrated in the same and, in any case within the limits set forth in the Applicable Regulations.

With regard to the purposes set out in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, the legal basis is the User’s optional consent, if any (pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of Privacy Regulation 2016/679).

6. Legal basis for processing

With reference to the purposes referred to in points 1/a, 1/c and 1/d, the legal basis of the processing is to perform the services provided through the Site and requested by you (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, lett. b of Privacy Regulation 2016/679); with reference to the purpose referred to in point 1/b of the preceding paragraph, the legal basis of the processing is to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, lett. c of Privacy Regulation 2016/679). With regard to the purposes set out in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, the legal basis is the User’s optional consent, if any (pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of Privacy Regulation 2016/679).

7. Scope of communication and dissemination of data

The personal data of Users may come to the attention of employees and/or collaborators of the Owner in charge of managing the Site. These entities, which are formally authorized by the Owner, will process the User’s data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this policy and in compliance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations.

Third parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller as “External Data Processors“, such as, but not limited to, IT and logistics service providers functional to the operation of the Site, service providers in outsourcing o cloud computing, professionals and consultants.
